Empty House in Fresno, CA

Sometimes we get called out to a water damage in a vacant house. This house was between tenants and the homeowner on her weekly house check had discovered a hole in the dining room ceiling. A broken supply line to the upstairs toilet and penetrated the space between the two floors causing it to burst open. In the first picture you can see where the water had filled the space between the first and second floor. The water had run out of room and came through the ceiling down the walls and onto the carpet. In the second picture you can see we put up containment to keep the dust and debris contained to the dining area. We removed the carpet, pad and sheet rock from the ceiling and walls.
