Started out a Fresno Fire and ended with Water

Here is a Fresno Commercial Fire Damage. Did you know that most fires end in a water restoration as well? This happens when a commercial building has fire sprinklers. The fire sprinklers slow the fire just enough for the fire engine to get there, but cause a water damage in the process. In the first picture you will see where they dropped the ceiling to make sure there was no fire between the first and second floor. We needed to get rid of all the wet dry wall, insulation and remove all standing water. In the second picture you will notice we removed the wet damaged items and dried the surrounding area.
