Mold hiding behind the Mirror and Vanity

This loss had an unseen leak inside the wall where it met the ceiling. The homeowner was not able to see any signs of the leak until the water was pooling on the floor, after calling a plumber and finding what the water source was we were called in to assess the damage. In this case the materials had been wet for an extended amount of time and required removal of the affected area.

Once we started with the removal we discovered that there was mold growth that had started behind the mirror and lower cabinets. We have had a wonderful wet winter that has given the central valley some much needed water and snow. Unfortunately for some this has caused some damage to their homes due to water intrusion from roof leaks or ground water finding its way inside. In some cases, we have had to fight the snow just to get access to the home. In any case we are always ready and able to help! We have a dedicated four-wheel drive with snow chains just for situations like this.
